The aim of National Paints Factories Co – Qatar is to satisfy the customer in terms of meeting the needs of the required stock and to ensure that the customer receives all his requests in the specified time and date. Therefore, since the company was established, the focus and interest were on building up large fleet of delivery trucks section to cover the local Qatari and to deliver the paints from the factory to the distributors or projects directly in order to stay on the customer service and satisfaction.
